Orders
All orders originating from website are to be prepaid by major credit card. Orders will be shipped within ten working days after receipt of order. Special orders may take longer. All orders requiring rush delivery dates or special product packaging must be agreed upon prior to acceptance of order. No cancellations will be allowed on stock or custom orders once received by Impact.
Transportation
Unless otherwise specifically provided, the price of all goods is F.O.B. Impact Absorbent Technologies, Inc., Atascadero, CA. Title and risk of loss of the products shall pass to the buyer upon seller’s delivery to carrier at point of shipment regardless of whether seller pays all or any part of the freight.
Freight Damage
Customer must examine shipment at the time of receipt for possible damage during transport and notify the freight company in writing by making a notation on the bill of lading. Please fax a copy of the bill of lading with proof of damage to Impact immediately. Impact will then file a claim for damages with the freight company. Impact Absorbent Technologies cannot allow credit for damaged merchandise without proof of the customer’s notification to the freight company.
Return of Goods
Returns shall be allowed only upon specific written authorization from Impact. Please contact Impact for a Return Merchandise Authorization. All goods shall be returned freight prepaid to Impact’s facility in Atascadero, CA. A restocking charge of 25% will be charged on all returned goods. Refunds on returned goods will be issued as a credit to customer’s account to be used for purchase of goods only. No cash refunds will be paid for returned goods.
